Step
1: LOGIN:
Select your team and sex and then Login using your password .
Security:
Update the password if needed.
Email:
please add your current contact email so that I may email you if needed.
New Teams
not in the list: Email me and I will add your school to the list.
Step
2: ADD ATHLETES: – Fill in Last, First and Year for each
Athlete. There are already Athletes named “Relay Team”.
Step
3: MEET ENTRIES:
- Select “Add Entry” and then Select the Meet from the list.
(Meet Directors can determine the schools
that have entry access to their meet).
Select the
Athlete or Relay and then the Event. Enter a metric performance with digits
only.
(no punctuation). 15:03.28 is 150328 and 1.48 is 148 or 0148
(Track
Perfs will store with 6 digits and Field Perfs will store with 4 digits.)
Relays: Select “Relay Team, A” for your
primary team and B,C,D for any additional teams.
Relay
Athletes: You will
be able to Add up to six athletes to a relay.
Click “Add
Entry” to add the entry to the meet database. You will get a confirmation
message.
CHANGING
AN ENTRY: An
“EDIT” option is available to change the entry as well as a “DELETE” option to
remove the entry.
PRINTING
ENTRIES –
There is a “PRINT ENTRIES” option available.
DUE
DATE: After the Due Date and Time, you will see
“Entry Closed” and will not be able to make “online” changes.
